WiggsByWoo is owned and ran by Wendy Woo who is a self taught wig maker and soon to be hair stylist. She is currently located in Pensacola, FL but will soon be venturing into a new location where she hopes to be a positive influence to young women who need an additional confidence boost. She hopes to spread as much positivity and love to each person that she encounters.
